DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Below is a general estimate:

FRANCE:

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days. (Corsica +3 days)

• Standard Delivery for oversized products: 5 business days. (Corsica +3 days)

• Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days.

EUROPEAN UNION:

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

• Standard Delivery for oversized products: 5 to 7 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Bayonne (64), France. Delivery time and costs depend on the specific preparation process, the chosen delivery method, and the destination.

Delivery times do not include order preparation; therefore, please allow an additional 1 day for any order placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+1).

Any order placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the same day (except for oversized items such as Ski/Snowboard/Surf/SUP equipment and bicycles).

Delivery times are indicated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a public holiday in Europe will only be processed on Monday or the next business day.

During certain periods, particularly during sales, inventory checks, or times of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may occasionally be longer than usual. Voltaway cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
